Refund requests may be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery unless a different period is required by local law.

Items should be returned in original condition with packaging and proof of purchase, except where consumer law provides additional rights.

Refunds may be declined where returned goods are materially damaged due to misuse after delivery, to the extent permitted by law.

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method or another lawful method agreed with the customer.

Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by applicable consumer protection law in your state or country of residence.
